AM-Europe and AM-Platform Strengthen Cooperation to Boost Europe’s Additive Manufacturing Ecosystem

AM-Europe, operated by CECIMO, and the European Additive Manufacturing Platform (AM-Platform) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening cooperation and supporting the growth of Europe’s additive manufacturing (AM) ecosystem.

The agreement establishes a framework for collaboration focused on strengthening the additive manufacturing value chain in Europe and fostering greater coordination among the stakeholders involved in its development.

Key areas of cooperation include working together on research priorities for additive manufacturing and supporting the development of European projects focused on AM technologies.

The MoU also provides for joint activities, events and outreach initiatives, with the aim of facilitating knowledge exchange, strengthening connections across the sector and creating new opportunities for the European additive manufacturing community.

Through this partnership, AM-Europe and AM-Platform seek to contribute to a more coordinated approach to additive manufacturing across Europe, helping to build a more connected, innovative and competitive ecosystem.

The signing of the agreement marks another step towards strengthening European cooperation in additive manufacturing, a technology with significant potential to support advanced manufacturing capabilities, innovation and industrial competitiveness across Europe.
